Reflex Runtime ("Reflex") is a self-hosted Kubernetes controller provided by Amen Labs LLC ("we", "us"). The software runs entirely within your Kubernetes cluster. We provide the software, Helm chart distribution, license management, and support.
Pro tier subscriptions are billed monthly at $149/month via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, Pro features remain active until the end of your billing period, then revert to Free tier limitations. No refunds for partial months.
License keys are tied to your email address and are non-transferable. Each key is valid for one cluster (unless your subscription specifies otherwise). You are responsible for keeping your license key secure.
Reflex runs within your cluster. We do not collect, store, or transmit your cluster data, metrics, or SLO information. If you enable AI-powered analysis (BYOK), breach context is sent to OpenAI under your own API key and account. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Reflex is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not responsible for actions taken by the controller in auto mode. You are responsible for configuring appropriate preconditions, cooldowns, and trust ladder levels for your environment. Always start in observe mode.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to Pro subscribers.
