Privacy Policy

Summary

Reflex is a self-hosted product. Your cluster data stays in your cluster. We collect minimal information needed to provide the service.

What We Collect

• Purchase information: Email, name, billing address (via Stripe). Used for license delivery and support.
• Website analytics: Page views and referral sources (if analytics are enabled). No cookies, no personal tracking.
• Support emails: Content of emails you send to help@reflexslo.io.

What We Do NOT Collect

• Kubernetes cluster data, metrics, or SLO information
• Prometheus queries or results
• Slack messages or webhook content
• OpenAI API keys or AI analysis results
• Any data from the Reflex Runtime controller running in your cluster

AI-Powered Analysis (BYOK)

If you enable AI breach analysis, the Reflex controller sends breach context (SLO name, current value, target, error rate) to OpenAI's API using your own API key. This communication happens directly from your cluster to OpenAI — it does not pass through our servers. We never see your AI requests or responses.

Third-Party Services

• Stripe: Payment processing. See Stripe's privacy policy.
• Resend: Email delivery for license keys. See Resend's privacy policy.
• Vercel: Website hosting. See Vercel's privacy policy.

Data Retention

Purchase records are retained as required for accounting. Support emails are retained for service improvement. You can request deletion of your data by emailing help@reflexslo.io.
